About Us

The establishment of Kauai Property Services was inspired by our own experiences as absentee owners. We recognized a need for local representation in any and all dealings with service providers of every stripe.

It's said that absence makes the heart grow fonder. But it can also cause great anxiety when your island home or parcel is left unattended for extended periods or is the victim of Mother Nature. With KPS you can relax, with the comfort of knowing you have a "personal presence" to look after your property.

Our Profiles

Overview

Both Robert and Joani Lendahl, as experienced business people, bring to Kauai Property Services the following overarching skills and capabilities:

• Experience and measurable successes in managing multi-faceted projects.
• No-compromise commitment to customer service, satisfaction and high quality results.

Numerous corporate relocations to Europe, China and the Midwest, while simultaneously managing several extensive remodels and reconstruction of a California home base led to development and implementation of a comprehensive home management plan and inventory system, now employed by KPS.

Robert Lendahl

Vice President of Sales and later Director of Worldwide Marketing for a multi-billion dollar engineering-oriented equipment supplier, with demonstrated achievements in planning, coordinating and implementing sales or marketing campaigns. Personal attributes included people management, organizational and interpersonal skills. This was followed by a role as an independent marketing communications specialist with a major full-service creative agency. Holds an MBA from Santa Clara University.

Joani Lendahl

Co-founder and Vice President of a financial software consulting company with over one hundred ‘Fortune 500' clients, ranging from the financial, aerospace, entertainment and health industries. This was followed by independent consulting work, specializing in the development of business systems for start-up companies in Los Angeles, Seattle and Dayton, Ohio. Prior experiences included serving as a professional travel consultant for a major airline, with travel agency accreditation.
